Ashok Wangdi

President, Vision & Hope Consortium

K. Ashok Wangdi serves as the President of the Vision & Hope Consortium and is an internationally recognized leader in ethics and sustainability. Over his distinguished career, he served as the First Secretary Consular at the Embassy of India. He is the Global Coordinator for the Samvad initiative (Global Initiative on Conflict Avoidance and Environment Consciousness) led by the prominent Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF), and previously served as the Senior Executive Director for Policy and Planning at the International Buddhist Confederation. As President, he leverages decades of high-level international policy and civilizational diplomacy to ensure that artificial intelligence and emerging technologies remain firmly anchored in human values.

Alexandra Kallay

Alexandra Kallay serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy & International Relations for the Vision & Hope initiative. She is the Chairperson of the Institute of Environmental and Ethical Education, where she focuses on the development of secular ethics and compassion-based contemplative research. As a certified facilitator and an Affiliate Partner of Emory University (USA), she oversees the methodical implementation and nationwide adaptation of the global SEE Learning curriculum in the Czech Republic. Within the consortium, she directs the conceptual advancement of international relations, cross-disciplinary dialogue, and overall strategy.

JUDr. Michael Morawski

JUDr. Michal Morawski is a prominent Prague-based attorney, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, and an expert in commercial, civil, and financial law. Alongside his legal practice, he serves as a member of four appellate commissions for the Czech Minister of Industry and Trade, including the Senate for Commodity Exchanges. Within the Vision & Hope Founding Board, he acts as the crucial Legal Counsel, overseeing the legislative, regulatory, and institutional frameworks of the global consortium to ensure it aligns with European legal and ethical standards

Saskia Wienholz​

Saskia Wienholz serves as Special Advisor for Human Responsibility, Vitality & Applied Compassion within the Vision & Hope Prague initiative. Her role bridges ethical philosophy, human‑centric systems theory, applied compassion, and operational governance logic. She contributes conceptual depth, methodological clarity and practical frameworks that support the initiative’s transition from dialogue to action.

Martin Lupa is a strategic executive specializing in Government Affairs, CSR, and connecting pivotal social innovators. He joined the initiative as a Co-Founder of the brand, leveraging his capacity to build global synergies. As Director, he orchestrates global networking, bridging governments, academia, industry, and civil society to co-create the Prague Ethical Framework

Aigerim Abdyzhaparova

Central Asian Relations & Youth Liaison

Aigerim Abdyzhaparova is responsible for developing partnerships across the Central Asian region, engaging the next generation of leaders, and fostering cultural cooperation. She coordinates with academic and governmental institutions, as well as youth and cultural communities, helping to develop the youth platform, promote intercultural dialogue, and strengthen connections across the region.
